We cannot say enough kind words about Joanna Wood. She truly made our experience of looking for a home easier than we dreamed it could be. She truly found us the perfect home. When checking out a potential home for the first time, Joanna's attention to detail was brilliant. She would catch small things I wouldn't think of: lights being sticky, a crack in the basement, the fact that certain things weren't up to code. At one point we decided to look outside of our main neighborhood choices, and her knowledge of different areas was so helpful to put into our consideration. If you're looking for someone who truly puts your checklist for a home first, put Joanna in your mind.
We chose Joanna because she really was fantastic, helped us understand the process and options and made us feel comfortable. I would say we ended up at redline because Joanna was there. She was fantastic and we really did appreciate all her help, knowledge and experience...Joanna made our dreams come true! Couldn't be happier that we went with Joanna. She is really fantastic and we will surely recommend her to friends and family. Can't say enough nice things about Joanna, she was really a tremendous asset and help to us.
